CastNET provides content automation tools for professional bass fishing anglers, including video clipping, AI-generated captions, and automated posting to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your credentials
Comply with the terms of service of all connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Not post content that violates copyright, trademarks, or any platform's community guidelines
Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the video clips, captions, and content you create or upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, format, and post your content to your connected platforms on your behalf.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of content, engagement, or revenue from connected platforms.
